You don't need a patent to name your process.

  1. Identify your core benefit. (e.g., The fabric wicks sweat fast).

  2. Identify the feature causing it. (e.g., The weave pattern).

  3. Give it a proper noun name. (e.g., "Hydro-Weave™ Technology").

Now, you aren't comparing your cotton to their cotton.
You are the only brand with Hydro-Weave™.
