People don't trust brands. They trust people.

When an ad pops up from "[Brand Name]," the user's brain immediately filters it as "Sales Pitch."
When an ad pops up from "[Creator Name]," the brain flags it as "Content."

Enter: Whitelisting (Allowlisting)

This is the practice of running your ad spend through a creator's social handle. It looks like an organic post from an influencer, but it has a "Shop Now" button and is backed by your budget.

Why This Crushes Standard Ads:

  • Higher CTR: Users stop scrolling for faces they recognize (or that look authentic).

  • Cheaper CPMs: Algorithms often favor creator content over brand content.

  • Social Proof: It looks like an endorsement, not an ask.

The "Dark Posting" Protocol

Do not just boost their organic post. That limits your targeting.

  1. Get advertiser access to the creator's FB/IG page.

  2. Build the ad in your Ads Manager.

  3. Select their identity as the sender.

The Hybrid Approach

Don't fire your brand handle. Run them side-by-side.

  • Top of Funnel: Creator Handle (Hooks new audiences, builds trust).

  • Retargeting: Brand Handle (Reinforces the offer and authority).

Stop trying to be the loudest voice in the room. Let someone else hold the megaphone.

P.S. This works exceptionally well on TikTok (Spark Ads). It is mandatory for success there.
